I'd like to try and lose 10 lbs by then...and it seems doable. My issue with these challenges is that I generally overshoot my ability...so this time I'm trying to keep it simple and keep my goal at something I can achieve.
I achieved my last goal and lost 10lbs before Valentines Day
I'm getting closer to the weight I'd like to maintain, and I'm purposefully slowing down my weight loss a bit to start making my maintenance routine a habit. I'm aiming for 1lb/week from now on. Just focusing on toning up!!
