


In October 2008, I stated to take control of my life by going to the gym and eating better. It took half about 8-9 months to lose 75lbs. I then maintained that for several months before a huge emotional upset and childcare problems had me gaining weight again. I was about 10-15lbs up (size 18 pants getting tight!!) and I decided to get back on plan. Now my goal is to lose 50-60lbs more.

Now, I'm seeing a personal trainer, recording my food, challenging my food addiction and emotional eaitng, and doing whatever it takes holistically for me to heal, grow, and improve who I am as a person.
By next year I will have reached ALL my weight loss goals and be maintaining.
