its been officialy 6 months of this new lifestyle..started out summer of 08 at almost 300lbs(286 to be exact)..took me a YEAR to loose about 20 just through eating..august 09, i started to get SERIOUS and started an exercise routine and eating healthy eliminating white bread,fried and fast foods and incorporating more veggies,water and protein into my diet.now im sitting at a plateau of 210-ish with a goal of 160-165.
