I would like to try a couple quiche recipes I've found. One is a WW recipe using either broccoli or spinach.
I would like to add tomatoes and also sauteed mushrooms and onions.
Can anyone tell me the best way to saute them without upping the points considerably??? I do have ICBINB spray. Can that be used??
Also the recipes call for 1% low fat milk. I only have Non Fat in the house. Can that be used???
