Halftime report!

  • Okay, 'fess up! How's it going? How many others are as nerdy as I am and checking 3FC at halftime?

    I made a snack plate (some cheese, apple, 1 oz nuts) that is part of my calorie budget for the day. No junk food yet - it's all good!
  • I'm doing pretty good here...my DH made some awesome chili that we made low fat I did have some baked tostitos to eat with it though. I'm going to have a frozen fruit bar here in a few minutes to top of the night!
  • So far just dinner; panko crusted chicken breast (baked) and 2/3 cup of betty crocker 80 calorie mashed potatoes! I had so many veggies at lunch, I cant eat another veg today. But, I'm full and tired and don't feel like eating anymore. Bonus!
  • We're watching the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet....I must confess, I did check the game score a few minutes ago. Good food here today...just finished a veggie burger and big salad.
  • I'm totally not a football fan as a rule, btw, but that was a lot of fun. We were rooting for the underdogs, which made it even more fun.

    And I ate as I'd planned, so I won too.
  • While dh and the kids were eating chips and peanutbutter pretzels, I ate Smart Pop and a little parmesean - around 200 calories. Then when they ate pizza for dinner, I had WW pizza. I didn't feel deprived at all.
  • Did good here! Had our low cal burgers and some baked tostitos with salsa. And we won! Loving the Saints right now!!
  • I ate too many crackers & cheese today, but otherwise not so bad. I had a huge salad for dinner.
