    Today is my 40th Birthday. I weighed myself for the first time in a month, 167.8, down 45lb since starting medifast! I also tried on my size 14 pants on a whim and they fit! Size freaking 14. I can't believe it. And the best present of all is that my 13 month old son pointed at me and said "ma ma" yesterday. This is the best birthday every.

    Missed this yesterday - happy belated 40th! A thirteen-month old - wow! I'm 43 and my kids are 20 and 17. Can't imagine a 1 year old! You go, girl!
