I have read about SB but dont get the thing about the coffe? Do you can drink it in first 2 weeks or not? And what about the milk in it?

Yes you can drink coffee though Dr. A recommends limiting the amount. You can use artificial sweetener or sf syrup and fat free half and half or milk if you use those things.

I could never follow a plan that forbids coffee

The no coffee thing would be a dealbreaker for me too. I only drink 2 cups most days, on a very rare occasion, 3. But I've got to have my coffee first thing when I get up or else I'm an animal.

I couldn't do this plan if I couldn't have my coffee.
I know I go way over the recommended limit, but I don't think it's had any ill effects on my diet. It just messes with my sleep.

Best not to compare quantities My doc was okay with it as long as my BP behaves. It's my only vice left! Speaking of, it just finished so time to grab a cup
