I ordered my BodyBugg and display on Fri morning. It said that orders ship in 1-2 business days, no big deal. On Tues they shipped just my display. I have emailed and asked why they did not ship the armband, I can't do anything without it.
Anyway I found a number to just customer service, they answered and I said What I said above, after 15 min on hold he can back and said It looks like the display shipped on Tues but the armband did not. DUH! He gave me another # to call and they said they would call back.
Has anyone ever had any trouble with these guys? I thought ordering from the people who actually advertise the thing would be the right thing to do.
If anyone has a different # for them or and contact info can you please pass it along.

If a product is merely on backorder, the stores/sites will not take it off their order forms. This is done so they know how many to continue to produce. If they took it off, no orders would be place, manufacturing would cease, and when a small shipment came in they would go on backorder again. It's common practice to continue to sell current items even if they do not have them in stock. At issue with the Bodybugg is that 1. It's the beginning of the year when everyone is working on their "New Year's Resolutions", 2. Biggest Loser just started up again and they promote the Bodybugg, and 3. You can buy one display for the entire family but each member has to have their own armband causing the armband to sell out faster than the display.

It's frustrating and I'm sorry you have to wait. I hope that gives you some clearer understanding of the "why?" question. Good luck.

Just wondering if you got this resolved? I ordered mine Tuesday and it shipped yesterday. My tracking info is for the armband and display. The only thing I can think if yours hasn't displayed is I ordered mine in blue. Maybe other colors are out of stock?
