...a total of 12 inches GONE!

I lost at least an inch from every area except my calves (which were not that big to being with, I carry it all in my belly and boobs). I lost a lot of abdominal fat, went down to a true 42DDD, and lost in the arms and thigh as well!
I gotta say, I am glad I took my starting measurements. SBD keeps it's promise of losing abdominal fat. I am so psyched about this and cannot wait until March to measure again, although I know I will not see those big results every month. So, if you aren't tracking measurements, START! You will not regret it!


I measured again at the end of phase 1 and was amazed at how much I'd lost from my belly. (I'm apple shaped.) I didn't think about measuring again until yesterday, and only thought of it then because I realized it was my "4 months on plan anniversary".
