Does anyone know where I can find some before and after photos of people who did the SBD? They usually inspire me. One day I will be able to post mine, woot woot!

You can find B & A pictures on this forum. Amazing weight losses recorded there. Just look towards the top of the forum, I think called success stories.

But if you do a google search for South Beach Before After, you will find a bunch on other forums. I tried to link, but it isn't working.

There are before and after photos on 3FC--quite a few. There's a photo album around here somewhere...I rarely leave this forum, so I'm not sure where, but I know we have some super beachies who can tell you.

If you search for "success" in this forum, I think you'll find lots of success stories.
