I agree with what the other's said. Losing at a steady rate of a smaller amount is healthier and I think instills in us new eating habits that will last. Don't give up because you're not losing like on TV.

I know how hard it is to weigh more often. I'm trying to break myself of it, cause I just get obsessed with it and want to weigh everyday. I weigh the morning that I go to WW meeting at home and then weigh at 4:00p at the WW meeting.
