    B-2 ricotta cheese muffins, ff cafe au lait
    S-nonfat greek yogurt with hot avjar
    L-salad with 1/2 c. quinoa, 1/2 cup chick peas, avocado, broccoli sprouts, paremesan cheese and caesar dressing, sliced sweet peppers
    S-15 almonds, apple
    S-cheese stick
    D-Bolognese sauce with mushrooms and a bit of parmesan cheese, no pasta
  • Phase 1.5ish

    B. oatmeal soaked in almond milk w/sliced mango
    L. Stormy Black Bean soup, mock cornbread
    S. yogurt
    D. stuffed portobello mushroom, cauliflower & spinach gratin
    S. peanutbutter cup dessert

    30 minutes with the wii fit
  • Phase 2

    B - oats, milk & splenda, hot tea, v8
    S - yogurt
    L - broccoli cheese soup
    S - veggies and hommus
    D - eggplant casserole, salad

    Treadmill after supper - still too cold to get out on my snowshoes.

    L-stormy black bean soup and salad
    S-tomato with a a bit of advocado
    D- Pork tenderloin with red pepper salsa, green beans,

    L: see Cottage's lunch but add almond cheese
    S: hummus mixed with yogurt, sprouts
    D: veggie scramble, flax focaccia garlic bread, roasted roots if I have any motivation

    exercise - 30m Wii yoga (done), 45-60m walking in or out, 10m arms
  • Phase 1.5

    B: Veggie omelet, fruit cup
    L: Turkey roll-up with RF cheese stick, Greek yogurt, carrots, grape tomatoes
    D: Roast pork tenderloin, sweet potato, steamed cauliflower with Parmesan
    S: Almond butter
  • Phase 2

    B- 1/2 WW arnold sandwich thin with FF swiss cheese and smart balance, cucumber slices, coffee
    S- FF plain yogurt with 1 small strawberry, 6 blueberries, splenda packet and a tiny sprinkling of fiber one cereal on top
    L- mixed green salad with chicken strips, cucumbers, mushrooms, green peppers and dressing
    S- peanut butter and celery if I am hungry
    D- pork loin, broccoli,tossed salad
    D- NSA fudgesicle

    exercise- 20 min on treadmill if I can find the time
  • Phase 2
    B: nothing -- had to fast
    S: SF cookie (had to after procedure)
    L: Quesedilla (whole wheat tortilla, RF cheese, 100 cal pack of guacamole, RF sour cream and salsa with Perdue short Cuts chicken)
    S: almonds
    D: cottage cheese and v8

    I kind of had a reverse day here.

    S- edamame
    L - salad, chili, dressing
    S- cheesestick, 30 pistachios
    D- Steamed chicken and broccoli
    S- 2 Tbsp ff cool whip with 1 tbsp sf chocolate syrup
  • Phase 1.5 or 2 - Listing my veggies:
    B-cottage cheese/egg muffins, 6 lf Triscuits, 1/2 apple (spinach in muffins)
    S-15 almonds
    L-felafel w/babaganoush, salad (salad and eggplant)
    S-sliced sweet peppers, yogurt with hot avjar (sweet peppers)
    D-chicken picatta w/broccoli (broccoli)
  • Phase 2

    B - steel cut oats, milk & splenda, hot tea, V8
    S - yogurt
    L - broccoli slaw with meat sauce and a small salad
    S - cucumber slices, Laughing Cow, almonds(Got my class today so it's a long, day.)
    D - chicken and veggie stir fry
    A milky beverage in the evening.

    Treadmill tonight.
  • Phase 1.5

    S: Greek yogurt & homemade applesauce
    L: Stormy black bean soup & spinach
    S: hummus & sprouts (lentil,I think)
    D: Yellow Split Pea Soup with sweet potatoes and kale,

    exercise: 30m Wii yoga, 45-60m cardio (bike, walk?), 10m arms (oops)
  • Phase 2

    B. oatmeal soaked in unsweetened almond milk w/chopped mango
    L. the last of the Stormy Black Bean soup (with a handful of spinach tossed in. Thanks, Cyndi!), piece of mock cornbread
    S. honeycrisp apple
    D. Morningstar Farms Asian veggie patty, last of the cauliflower & spinach gratin, roasted brussels sprouts
    S. peanutbutter cup dessert

    30+ minutes of exercise!
  • Phase 1.5

    Snacks - cheese stick, veggies with dip
    L - sausage w/escarole soup
    D - limas, sausage, cauliflower, ?
