I weighed 161.8 - a loss of just under a half a pound, but still a loss. I stepped on the scale 2x and it said exactly the same thing both times.At least it is a loss...but I just can't wait to see the 150s. Hopefully adding in the exercise next week will help.

The scale is moving the right way.
I will probably only have a half pound this week too... but that is what I expect at this point for myself.
