Why oh why do I have to be the one to lose inches first and not weight. I started this journey on January 3rd at 198. I weighed in this morning at 195.2. I have had people say that I look great and keep up the good work. My clothes are looser in areas. But I feel like I am not getting anywhere on this diet. Why do we put so much on what the scale says. I hate it. HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT!!

Inches are better than weight... really. What if the number went down but your pants were tighter?
