So I had a banana for breakfast this morning along with 2 scrambled eggs and my normal coffee. The only thing new was the banana and it totally triggered me to eat crackers at lunch and then 3 small chocolate chip cookies this afternoon.
I am going to try to real in this afternoon so the whole day doesn't turn into a wash. Please send me your good vibes.
