So I just read the above article. What does everyone think?
It say..
"Periodically replenishing depleted lean body mass with controlled, small increases in your calorie intake is how you avoid an overall net loss of muscle during or after dieting."
Makes sense? But how would I go about doing that? Eat a little extra protein on the days I work out? It seems like the guy keeps trying to plug a book so I'm not sure if this is true or just him selling a book! lol
