Day 22 Challenge - Monday

  • Good morning everyone... still at my MILs.. I will be here until Tuesday or Wednesday. Thanks to BA's advice I am putting my self first while I am here. Yesterday I blew it on food - and today is not going too well food wise already. I will get my water and exercise in, however.

    I've been out for a walk this morning with the baby and just now finished biking 5 miles. I went nuts and had a bunch of Fudgee-o's (ACK!! never should have bought them, won't do that again, they're gone now anyway ). Working on my 2nd water bottle and should do okay with my points now that I've killed off those cookie points with extra exercise

    I did it, I did it, I knew that I could do it and indeed I did!!

    I am NOT going to eat wrong tonight after battleing all day!!

    Just to let you know what i have been doing all week kayaking for 4 miles bilking up a mountain, hiking up mountains, canoeing, chopping wood. so great exercise but poor food, and fair on the water front. (hate to pee while camping) but did give it a heroic effort when i though about it. no thought for the food front except to stuff it in the face!!!
