Anyone got a guesstimate on how many calories are in a cup and a half of chili?

A cup of my homemade chili is 220 calories, made with 93% lean ground beef. A small Wendys chili is 190 calories and a large is 280. So I'm thinking somewhere around 250 - 300 calories?
