Anyone out there exercising while taking a beta blocker? I have lost almost 50 pounds and am starting to exercise routinely but find my stamina is beyond horrid! I am on a low dose already and probably can't do without this class of medication.

Just asking to see if anyone is being successful exercising while using one of these drugs.

I take a beta blocker.If you are new to exercise then your stamina would be horrid.It gets better the more you exercise.

I have the same problem so hope fiftyforty is right.
