YOU on a Diet

  • Hi there!

    Has anyone read this book? Did you get anything out of it, find it valueable?

    It has been recommended to me so that I can get better in tune with my body and how and why it does what it does...or doesnt do what it doesnt want to do..which is unfortunately the case most days.

  • I thought it was great. A little hokey in spots, but such a good, basic explanation of what different foods do to our bodies, why we get cravings, what hunger is nad isn't. how our bodies use food, etc. It's really not a diet, but an explanation of our bodies as it relates to food. So helpful!!!
  • Yes, I just started reading it myself after it was recommended to be by a doctor and it's great! There used to be a forum on here just for this book, but I guess they removed it. Such a bummer since I'm really getting into it and can use so tips and advice.
