    1 can vegetable broth
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can minestrone soup
    (one can of Progresso Minestrone)
    1 can ranch-style beans
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can green beans

    Mix all ingredients ( don't drain green beans) and simmer. 1 cup serving is 3 points on the new winning points program with the fiber cap. Last year, it was only 2 points! Oh, well. It's still good, and filling!

  • Sam's Mom, I hope that this isn't too dumb of a question. But, what are ranch beans? White Cat >^.^<
  • Ranch bean are like chili beans, they're, I believe pinto or kidney beans but with added flavor. In the stores it will say Ranch Beans, very tasty I must add.
