i think it would be a good idea if every evening someone posted a public food log for everyone to post on how they ate for the day! or the morning because i pretty much plan in the am or the day before what i am going to eat for the day!!

meal 2: raisin cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese 7pts
meal 3: tuna w/ mayo and diced celery and pickle 3pt
meal 4: lasagna smartone 5pt
dessert: breyers fruit bar 1pt
Points Allowance: 20/24pts ........i havent had much of an appetite today!!
Water intake: 48/64oz .... so far, im working on it : )

I stuck pretty close to my food plan:
Meal 1: yogurt (40), 30g kashi cereal (115), banana (140)
Meal 2: 6 whole wheat crackers (80), mandarin orange (100)
Meal 3: 1 cup of vegetable chili (160), slice of whole wheat toast (100)
Meal 4: 1/2 cup of steamed edamame (110), smart pop popcorn (100)
Meal 5: feta-spinach bake (200), apple (110)
Total calories: approx 1255 (allowed is 1300)
i'm UNDER my calories for the day enough that i feel like i should probably eat something else, but i'm so stuffed i already feel like i'm going to explode.
meal #1: 1/4 c. vanilla soy yogurt, 1/2 cup musli
snack: 1 large carrot, tofurkey frank
meal #2: an entire pint of grape tomatoes, 1/2 a spinach & tofu burrito
snack: 2 large carrots, 2 tablespoons baba ganoush
meal #3: 1 1/2 yellow bell peppers, 1 onion, 2 large carrots baked in 1/4 tbsp olive oil served with a wheat pita
you can seriously tell that my carrots were going to turn soon and i needed to use them up, haha!
