    The scale this morning read 224.2!! Patience and persistence pays off in the weight loss battle again!
    2.6 Pounds gone, and about half a pound from my pre-holiday weight!

    If I can loose after three weeks of sitting at the same weight, anyone can! Hang in there!

    congrats! wooshing is definitely a wonderful thing. you should be so proud that you hung in there through your plateau, that's when it's really hard. keep up the great work!!!!
