Hi everyone!
I'm 41 and have been overweight to varying degrees my whole life. My max was 269 last May when I began my weight loss. I'm down to 178. My original goal was 150 but I'm not sure if I will be satisfied there are not! I've been counting calories and exercising but hit kind of a slump lately so I'm intesifying my effort. I'm doing modified eat to live and on day 3 of the 30 day shred. Hopefully this week will see some weight loss!
Welcome! Congrats on your loss so far! I think a lot of us have hit brick walls in the 170s or 160s....the Bermuda Triangle of weight loss! Keep persisting and settle in!

Bermuda Triangle, LOL...I'm glad to know that, don't feel so bad. This week has been good though, yay! I started Eat to Live and 30 day shred and I've lost about 4lbs...thanks for the encouragement y'all!!!
