making a comeback

  • Hey guys, I know I have been on and off of here for the past year, but not because I want to be, I just kept losing my internet access! However, I have online classes right now and I signed a six month contract so I'm back! I have lost some weight even since my last time on here, and recently I started working out five days a week again (I quit last term when school, work, and y two year old got too demanding), and I've been eating well (mostly Lean cuisine-which despite high sodium is still better than my usual diet of spaghettios and ramen) Also this time I'm holding myself accountable along with two girls at work. So hopefully this is the time that does it, because I really have my heart in it again.
  • I'm glad you're resuming your efforts and good luck. It's hard getting back on track sometimes, but it sounds like you have the right mentality and a lot of motivation!

    (Btw, I love Lean Cuisines...I'm having one for lunch today!)
