I thought it would be fun to see what you listen to that motivates you the most while you excersize!
For me, when I am down and

and do not want to excersize at all, the first song I listen to is Bye Bye Blackbird by Nina Simone. It has a very gentle beginning and I walk to this while warming up. When the tempo picks up -- that is what I love the most! This song always makes me chipper! 
It is hard for me to stay still to this song.
