I just wanted to post and say that I'm trying again!!
I updated my weight tracker at 286.6/286.6/150. So, I have about 136 pounds (gee, another person!) to unload.
I've picked up, yet another book to read to get the ole' mindset. It's a fantastic book with a great deal of scientific/medical research behind it and I'm familiar with the author and have many other books he has published.
But, the pain, the mounting medical conditions, the lack of decent sleep and the overall "enough is enough" attitude, I'm here to say.......
BRING IT ON
