    Oh wow, I never expected anyone on here to even know it was my Birthday! Thanks so much girls, that's just put a huge smile on my face.
    I've had a lovely Birthday thank you, been totally off plan but I did plan for it, and will be straight back on track tomorrow with my food and back at the gym in the afternoon, I'm actually looking forward to it as I can't cope with the quantities I used to or how it makes my body feel. The healthy lifestyle is definitely a habit for me now which I'm so happy about, never thought I'd reach this point.
