Um, basically, I've been calorie counting for a month now, and it's going great. As I'm a vegetarian, I enjoy making vegtables the centre of a meal, and for most days, I just have a stir fry with a variety of veggies or something similar for dinner. For lunch, I'm happy with soup, and a side dish of boiled veggies. The thing is, I realize that I'm not eating alot of carbs. I havent been eating bread or potatos, because I'd rather have those calories in something more filling and healthier- like a little dish of babyspinage and carrot sticks. I'm worried that if I have a slice of a bread with some soup- still staying in my calorie zone, it'll pile on the pounds because I haven't had any in so long.
Does this sound insane?
