    Recap of the plan.....

    Here is how it's going to go. Starting Monday, August 12, 2002, we will try to do the 3 things that work. Food, water & exercise. You decide what your food plan is, how much water you want to drink and how much exercise you want to get every day. Every day you have the opportunity to earn 3 points.

    1 point for sticking with your food plan
    1 point for drinking the amount of water you decided on
    1 point for getting some exercise.

    Post out here every day with how many points you've earned for a given day, and I will keep track. We'll see who's doing the best after 30 days.

    This is a very cool way to keep on track, because even if you don't do so great on food, you might still get in your water and exercise to earn the points!

    Monday was our first day and the results are as follows:

    Cafe: 2
    Jello: 3
    Kayla, I am thinking she is not going to be an active participant due to her wild ways.... But we shall see.

    Well, my FOOD wasn't bad, it was REALLY good. LOL...
  • Could I be winning!?!?!?! No! Can't be possible! But I had 3 points for Tuesday too!!! Neener neener!! Nanny nanny boo boo!!

    So come on you guys! You gonna take that from me???

    I thought I'd blown it last night with this wonderful chicken parm dish but it was chicken breast only and fat free shredded mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce and veggies. Once I figured out the calories, I found that I was still well within my limits for the day! Whew! Water's not usually a problem and, with it being gym day, neither was exercise.

    Doin' a little dance now ... Nah, you don't wanna see that!

    Food: 1 (1350 calories)
    Water: 1 (64 oz)
    Exercise:1 (20 min step)

    Total: 3

    I have a heck of a time remembering what freaking day it is. LOL

    I'm still working out the kinks for the food plan...that, and there's still some junk food left in my cupboards.
