What site help you determine your calorie budget

    I'm having trouble finding a good calorie budget for me. What sites do you recommend I want to cross reference a bunch to determine my budget.

    Great idea. LoseIt, Fit Day, and assorted caloire counters. This is your first step. Next one is to customize it to your body. That is only found be trial and error.

    Freedieting.com. I plugged in current numbers and then goal numbers, then aim for middle ground. So far I am losing.

    I liked the test for frame size. My thumb and index finger did not touch, so I guess I am a large frame. This will help in thinking about goal. Right now it is 158/160 rounded from WW days. This range said 150-155. Soemthing to ponder as I get closer.

    Freedieting seemed so high to me. It said 1497 for EXTREME FAT LOSS. Biggest loser and lose it put me about 1300 so I think I'll go in the middle 1300-1400 and see how it goes.
