What are some of the foods

  • that you're allowed on the green menu that you don't get on the beige? I still have 16 lbs to go before I'm on green, but it will definitely motivate me!
  • I just got my green menu this week - there are no different foods to choose from, the only two changes are:
    1. Your protein portion goes down from 6 oz to 4 oz
    2. Your max HNS is now 4 instead of 5 per day.

    I was disappointed to not have any new choices, but I just tell myself - in time )
  • I only get new choices when I put on my big girl panties and try a new food on the list that I've previously hated. lol

    But, I'm doing better about trying things multiple times and I have grown attached to a few new foods this way!
  • Well blah! Another lady in one of my meetings last night said there were more foods to choose from on the green menu!
