Monday to Tuesday

  • I didn't make it to Tops. My car was rearended on the way there. They started the contest, and not sure if they should of, or I'm behind. So I've already missed. I already can't count stuff. I probably had a gain, so that part is good. I'm ok, and I have already filled out my plan for the day. I just have to stick to it. So ladies lets all have a great day. Heres some (((((((((vibes))))))))))) We can do it.

    Sounds like you have a plan of action. That is great I do to. I am back on track and doing well. I went back to curves again last night. It was hard to stay motivated last night because they had slower music on and it was turned down low. Tonight it should be better. You keep up the plan and stick to it. You will get that gain off this week for sure. Just remember to drink your water.
    How is brandon doing? Must be he is better because you are at work again.

    Way to go girl you are on a roll. I am so proud of you for getting back on track.
    That is great that you are exercising again. How is the chair exercising going? Do you like it? I am sure it is easier on your knee. I hope it is getting better. By making better choices at dinner you should come in with a loss this week. How did it go over the weekend?
    Keep up that beautiful attitude and you will succeed. I know how hard it is because I have been struggling lately myself. But I am back on track AGAIN for awhile I hope this time.

    Hey you. Sounds like you have a plan also. It is really great to see that we are all starting to get back on track after being off for so long. You are making great choices. You should have a loss this week to. We will all be losers this week.
    You sure have been busy with your chapter. Sounds like your fundraiser is going to be awesome. You should all have a great time. You sure do have some great ideas. Keep up the great work. When we concentrate on what we have to do we do much better. Then we are focused.

    I had a busy weekend. I went to a rodeo on sat. . I started to get back on track then and I blew it when we went out. I had a few screwdrivers. Then sunday I started over again. I did great all day then blew it and had chineese. So yesterday I started over again and I stuck with it all day. Today is going to be a repeat day of great choices. I am the one making me fat so I am the one that chooses to make great choices and do the right thing to reach my goal.
    I also had to watch 3 kids on sunday for my best friend. It was her daughter and her neice and nephew. I had 4 kids here 3 1/2, 4, 4 1/2 and 5 years old. What a day we had. I was exhausted at the end of the day let me tell you. This is how I felt.LOL
    But I am doing great on plan now. I am starting to exercise on the mats between the machines at curves instead of just jogging in place. It is really making a difference. So hopfully I will see the difference next month. I get weighed and measured this week. But I know I will be up in everything because I had a terrible month this month on plan. I was off plan more then I was on. So I will take the gains and move on. I am back on track now so we will see how I do next month.
    Well I have to get to work here. I will talk to you all later.

    Good morning all

    I'm tired this morning and being lazy. Hubby and I built some shelves, Saturday, for our video tapes and cd's. I spent the day, yesteday, sanding them and painting. I didn't think that it would take me all day to do it, but it did. Now I feel sore and stiff, but I'm pleased with the way the shelves turned out. I did get in my 2 mile walk this morning.

    Sherri....I'm not really counting points or calories or anything. I'm just trying to eat sensible and I have been eating slim fast bars for 2 meals, 2 or 3 days a week. Slim fast has some new granola bars out that I like and I'll try this for a while, then go back to something else. I am trying to eat more veggies and less starch. Sometimes, thats hard because hubby buys little debbies and brings them into the house. It's not always easy to "just say NO" to them.
    It's great that you are getting back on track. We can all do this together.

    Wendy, I'm sorry to hear about your car being rear ended and that you had to miss the first day of your funday. Fun day sounds interesting to me. I had been thinking about doing something like that and Summer wrote about the one their chapter is doing. I'll have to give it some more thought.

    Jim (DH) got a good report from the Dr. last week. His mass has shrunk since the last cat scan and his blood work was good. He doesn't have to go back to the Dr. for 3 months.

    Hope all the rest of you are doing good. Coco are you doing okay?
    How is your hubby doing? CC, we miss you too.

  • Hey I did it, I stayed on program, lower points and went to curves. I had a great time. My car is already at the body shop, and it won't cost me a dime. Now weither or not they total it. I don't think they will. Thank Nita. So glad you are back, and great news about your hubby.
    Eleni- I'm proud of you too. Keep up the great work lady. You can do it, for you.
    sherri-great job for you. I think I would be exhausted if It was me with all the kids too. It also sounds like you had some fun. Hang in there cuz we are going to do this.
