Yesterday I watched THE DOCTORS on tv. If you have never seen it, it is this show at noon that has a ob doc, peds doc, emergy doc and a plastic surgeon doc they are all on this show and answer questions an such. Well the other day they had this chick for preventation magazine with the top 52 ways to lose weight. It was infromative but some of it repeats. I have them listed here. The show can be very interesting on some of the subjects they have but the guest that they have are usually only in the Calorfonia area which I do not think it is fair. I sent a question to the plastic surgeon about my face cuz i was in a serious accident 28 years ago and never got an answer. Which is sad cuz he stated he can do just about anything now a days with plastic surgery. But other than that it is a good show. I have not watched in a while but I might pick it back up again.
Ha ha ha.... That was funny about the chop sticks... I know when I get chinese and I have to watch myself too... Learn when I was a child and got faster thur the years. I just thought I would tell ya that made me laugh. I hope these help out alot of people on here too..
