I'm going to join the challenge for January.
To make a long story short (which I originally typed out but then figured that nobody really cares about that level of detail in my quantitative mind

), I want to be anywhere between 167 - 165 on the last Friday in January. This is just following my normal goals of 1 pound per week and 4 pounds per month, rather than doing anything special for the challenge. But I like being part of the challenge threads since they give a nice vehicle to support and talk about the nitty gritties.
Meeting my goal of 167 - 165 represents a 4 - 6 pound loss for the month of January. I woke up at 167.2 today (nice surprise!) so it would take a catastrophe not to meet my goal, so the remainder of the month is a keep-on-keeping-on and a catastrophe aversion process!
