Im trying weight watchers after losing 90lbs counting calories alone. I hit a plateau and got frustrated and yo-yoed back and forth and then gained a little bit back.I tried weight watchers right before the holidays and really like it.
My ? is ..should you use your flex points.I have many friends in weight watchers and some use them and some dont. My daughters bday is tommorow and I know that I will be eating a slice of her icecream cake. Its 9pt for 1/8 of the cake, so should I plan it in my reg menu or count it as flex? I think I can eat really healthy and get it into my reg pts. I will have to load up on veggies and lean meats to do this..what would you do?
