Up and at'em. I plan on getting in some really good workouts today. Running 2miles, 60 minute class, THEN I'm going to get back and do an elliptical workout then my strength training workout. Wanna know what drives me crazy about my w/i today. I saw 137 on Saturday. I guess thats what sitting around eating chocolate kisses will do to a person.


My 7-year old twin boys have been pushing my buttons all evening. I work full time from home office and jump right into Mom mode when they and their 11 year old brother arrive home. I don't have the energy to even describe their antics - they are heading to bed a 1/2 hour early tonight. I think the extra sleep will help. They are playing with their hamsters now so maybe they've gotten the orniness out. One can hope. Big brother has been pretty good though.
