    thanks...I believe Ive lost more then 23 lbs since the before picture, but Ive lost 23 since Ive been counting....the before picture I was probably more like 50lbs lost since then..

    You look great - the difference is really obvious, not only the pounds but lots of inches, too - WAY TO GO!
