As a kid, my parents NEVER let me eat fast food. NEVER. I think we'd had restaurant food of ANY kind only a handful of times before I was a teenager. And that did me a whole lot of good. As soon as I got my own car? It was off to the drive thru to see what I was missing. (And obviously, that habit never got kicked.)
