2lbs this week

  • So After loosing 50lbs just watching what I ate and just pure stress. I decided to really focus on getting healthy. So I joined the gym and actually weighing myself more often.

    I joined the gym tuesday I was 209 weighed myself today I was 207

    And I got two hours in the gym today. On weedays my time is limited to only an hr because I can only use the daycare for an hr.
