Good Afternoon

My name is Tammie and I am a mother of two. My dramaqueen daughter is 11 and my rambunctious son is 8. We also have a 6 yr old "cranky old man" jack russell terrior and a hyper 1 year old black lab. My hubby is in the military and has been in for 21 years. We celebrated our ten year wedding anniversary yesterday but we have been together for almost 13 years. I have done SB in the past and I have done really well until I start sabataging myself. I am ready to get rid of htis weight.

I have been on this board before also. I recognize some names.

Welcome T. SB is a doable program, if u stick w/it. I've only cheated once and I regret it but I've dusted myself off and moved on. I'm on Phase 1, the hardest part of the lifestyle program, IMO.

I also have a daughter and a son, (now adults), my husband was career military (now retired), and I love SBD, too. So we've got a lot in common. lol
