So today i had a dr.'s appointment and the front office lady has been looking up my weighloss for me over the last 2 months.

So... I originally weighed 272, 40.2 BMI, class III obese. Now I'm down to 245 on their scale, a BMI of 36.2, class II obese! that's one carrot for every BMI point I've dropped!!

p.s. this does not count as a weigh in, because it was not on my home scale, so I guess it's officially unofficial. my scale at home weighs me around 253 still

Feels even better at the doctor's office, doesn't it?! Good job!

It really felt great at the dr's office, esp. since my dr is a skinny blonde who's first suggestion every time anything is wrong is "well maybe if you lost some weight." That and the scary balance scale. The balance scale in the lab at my school (small career college, medical assisting program) makes me physically ill sitting there in the corner all scientific and precisely accurate.
