Goals i set for myself 2 weeks ago

  • I am putting these out here as accountability. I have already been able to check off a couple of them! A carrot for each goal attained!

    1-BEGIN! (im a wicked procrastinator)
    2-exercise 5 days a week(this will have to wait until my leg heals)
    3- get through the 1st week of induction with no cheats
    4-lose 5#
    5-get thru the 2nd week of induction with no cheats
    6-lose 5#more (-10# from start)
    7-drink all of my water daily

    I find 5x a week exercise with induction is too much -- I've been pretty tired. I do exercise, but not 5 times. But I take a slow and steady approach ;-)
  • Same here in terms of exercise! I've done it, but less per day. Simply too tired to follow through!
