Hi! I'm new to this board and have to loose
atleast 1oo pounds. Just disgnosed with arthritis of my Right leg last week. Put on this 20 plus pounds since I quit my job in
June. Has anyone has arthritis and since
their weight loss has their pain lessened?
I'm drinking lots of good water-no pop in
two months. Cut back on my portions-avoiding
the fat and trying to eat healthy. Thanks!

I don't have arthritus but there is a place here on the message board for just that dilema. I think it's called "losing weight with health problems". click on it and then scroll down to arthritus.
