How do I get and set up one of those fun tickers at the bottom of the posts? TIA!

Tickers follow the same guidelines as signatures. They both follow the 20/20 rule. You need to be a member for 20 days and you have to have 20 posts. Here's the link to the rules by the forum administrators.
