Im new here and im very excited. I working my way to lose 10 [pounds by Valentines Day. Do you guys think is possible??? Any suggestions??

I started last night by doing some ZUmba which is great!!!

10 pounds is a very attainable goal. That would put you at a little over a pound a week. What worked for me may not work for you but I calorie count. Bumping up the activity is a great start, too!
