I joined 3 FC a few days ago after watching everything for months now. I am bordering 300 pounds and I have to put a stop to the dangerous relationship that me and food has ( mostly sweets) My problem with dieting is if I dont see the scale move I give up right away and I expect results in the days time, but of course I will never see results that way! I look forward to getting to know everyone!




You'll find tons of support and great tips throughout the site. I totally understand the instant gratification thing when it comes to the scale, but realistically the weight doesn't come on in 1 day (or 1 week or 1 month) and it's certainly not going to come off in 1 either. The best thing I can say is find a plan that you're going to be able to stick to in the long term and you're bound to be successful. Best of luck and pm if you need anything
