So I've been trying to get over this stupid cold so I can exercise again (right now i can't breathe) and today my lovely husband allowed me to sleep until after noon. this means that i missed breakfast & a snack.
would you "over eat" the rest of the day to hit your mark, or take the deficit? I just finished my journal and I have like a 600 cal deficit, i'm also under all other macronutrients, but my sodium is a little high.




. But I would increase fat (add nuts, avocado), as that makes it pretty easy to add calories without too much volume.
. I was speaking from the standpoint of someone given to eating constantly even when I'm not hungry!
