It's a very mini goal, but I'm sticking with my calorie count of 1525-1575 calories! Considering before I started writing down what I ate my average was approximately 1800-1900 calories, I am a happy camper!
Super proud of you! All healthy stuff right? Because remember it's not so much the number or calories it's what KIND of calories you're putting into your body.
