. Im 40 years old. I was on 6wbm a few years ago and lost 45 pounds but stupidly
stopped following the diet and gained it all and more back.
I tried once again to start it, a couple of years ago and well wasnt motivated.
My problem is now...I have all the parts of the program...except my food list. I have the exercise bands, dvd's, body typing cards, binder with all the info...except the food cards at the front.

But anyways... I'm going to try and remember and use what I can remember that is on the list. So anyways, I'm a type A...go A's! And I have a lot of weight to lose. Im just happy to be part of a group of people, that after reading some of the post, looks like real people. Thanks for letting me be part of this group!
